Zhangzhou Trade Officials Conduct Strategic Inspection at Eastern Technology Group
Eastern Technology Headquarters, Zhangzhou – April 8, 2025 – A high-level delegation led by Lan Wenhua, President of Zhangzhou Council for Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and Chamber of International Commerce, accompanied by Vice President Chen Yajun and Xiangcheng District CCPIT President Zhang Shujuan, conducted an official inspection tour at Eastern Technology Group. Chairman Huang Zhigang personally hosted the delegation, presenting the company’s cutting-edge industrial detection systems.
The visit focused on evaluating Dongfang’s export-ready technological innovations amid growing global demand for precision detection equipment. During the facility tour, Chairman Huang demonstrated five flagship products currently driving international orders:

The Waterproof Handheld Pinpointer for marine archaeology applications
Multi-frequency Gold Finder Detector Metal Pinpointer deployed in mineral exploration
AI-enhanced Handheld Body Scanner Airport Security Metal Checker meeting ICAO standards
Deep-seeking Handheld Underground Metal Detector Gold Finder with 3D imaging
High-sensitivity Gold Scanner Metal Detector for refinery quality control
President Lan underscored the strategic importance of such innovations: "Eastern Technology Group’s breakthroughs in portable detection align perfectly with China’s initiative to upgrade technological exports. The Gold Finder Detector Metal Pinpointer series demonstrates how specialized equipment can create niche market dominance." The delegation observed live field tests where the Waterproof Handheld Pinpointersuccessfully located submerged metallic objects at 5-meter depths, while the Handheld Underground Metal Detector Gold Finder identified ore samples through 2-meter sediment layers.
Technical Director Dr. Mei Ling further revealed that next-generation iterations of the Handheld Body Scanner Airport Security Metal Checker will incorporate terahertz wave technology, with mass production scheduled for Q3 2025. "Our R&D investment in electromagnetic resonance has increased by 40% year-on-year," she noted, "particularly for the Gold Scanner Metal Detector line serving mining operations across 17 countries."

The inspection concluded with a cooperation framework signing ceremony, facilitating Eastern Technology Group’s participation in CCPIT’s upcoming "Belt and Road" Tech Expo. "These solutions exemplify Industry 4.0 transformation," Chairman Huang stated, highlighting that the Handheld Underground Metal Detector Gold Finder alone has increased customer productivity by 300% in African goldfields. With export volumes projected to grow 150% in 2026, Eastern Technology Group plans to establish dedicated production lines for its Waterproof Handheld Pinpointer, Gold Scanner Metal Detector and security scanner series.
